Tülin Çalhan started her career in human resources consulting firm as an expert. Between 1996-2008, she continued her career by taking on HR Head positions responsible for all human resources processes in different companies in the banking-finance, cargo-logistics sectors. In late 2008, she returned to the consulting sector and worked as an evaluator/consultant in the İş Bankası change management project. During the same period, she founded "Arche Human Resources and Management Consulting Ltd. Şti". She has led many projects in the fields of establishing, restructuring and designing assessment center systems for all human resources processes and talent management. She has an education in statistics and business management and work experience in human resources.
Bedri Sinan Ergun has extensive experience in budget, cost, and management reporting system design and SAP/ORACLE ERP projects. He has worked as a management consultant at various companies such as İçdaş Demir Çelik, Taç Linen's, Taç Perde, and Ak-Al Tekstil (Romania) since he started his career as an Audit Specialist at BDO Denet in 1998. Ergun has a background in business and finance, and he has been involved in business development and project management in personal performance criteria and incentive modeling, evaluation center applications, and organizational structuring projects. Ergun joined Arche HR as a Managing Partner in 2017, where he serves as the CEO of Strategic Growth and leads Strategic Human Resources projects.
Sevda Yavuz Danacı began her career as a Human Resources Specialist at Greyder Perakende AŞ in 2013. She continued her professional journey at Penta Teknoloji from 2017 to 2022, serving as an HR Executive and HR Business Partner. From 2022 until August 2024, she worked as an HR Executive and Human Resources Manager at 1000 Yatırımlar Holding-BinBin, where she played a key role in significant human resources projects. As of September 2024, she has been advancing her career at Arche Human Resources as a Senior Consultant and "HR Projects and Coordination Director," where she successfully leads both projects and her team in structuring, planning and implementing assessment center practices.
Academically, she completed her undergraduate degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, supported by an Erasmus program, and pursued a master's degree in the same field. She also completed a program in Human Resources Management at Yıldız Technical University, where she authored a thesis on "The Impact of Employer Branding on Employee Engagement Across Different Generations." Danacı is certified as a Professional Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and holds certifications in Executive and Career Coaching. Committed to continuous self-improvement, she supports her personal development through new experiences and various programs. Additionally, Danacı contributes to Arche Human Resources’ development programs as an educator, creating and leading various training and development projects.
Burcu Aslanağı started her career in 1998 at the Ottoman Bank Treasury Unit. She continued her work at Garanti Bank Sales and Marketing Unit until 2001. She worked as a Selection and Placement Consultant at Korn Ferry International Turkey between 2001-2007. She returned to the banking sector in 2007 and continued her career as an HR Manager at Garanti Bank.
Until the end of 2017, Aslanağı worked as an HR Manager responsible for recruitment and talent management projects at Garanti Bank. She then held positions as HR Director at Doğan Online (DOL), and Hepsiburada.
Afterwards, Aslanağı moved abroad and took part in employer branding projects, assessment center applications, and many selection and placement projects. Since 2021, she has been working at Arche Human Resources.
Ms. Bayramoğlu, who started her business life as a financial auditor at BDO, Denet YMM.AŞ in 1997, worked in various positions in Finance Department at Turkcell, leading GSM operatör of Turkey, between years 2000 and 2003, most recently as Reporting Department Manager. Afterwards in 2003, she transferred to Inteltek A.Ş., a joint venture between Turkcell Group and Intralot, the leading global gaming company, as Reporting, Controlling and Budgeting Manager. She continued her career as Business Development Coordinator at Inteltek between 2013-2017. Ms. Bayramoğlu, who also experienced international projects during her profession at Inteltek, started working as financial consultant since 2018. Recently, she has involved in Arche Consultancy as Senior Consultant since 2023 for Assessment Center and Performance Management project.
Having studied business administration and started her profession as a financial auditor, Ms. Bayramoğlu gained another perspective with business development projects and currently she executes as a team leader, especially in performance measurement project. In addition, she started to perform an active role in such execution by participated in Evaluation Center Assessor training. Our Consultant, who conducts in international projects, works on linking and measuring company performance indicators and strategies to individual performances.
Çeven commenced her career in 2001 as the Human Resources Officer at Aras Courier. In 2002, she was appointed as the Human Resources Director at the same company. Towards the end of 2010, she continued her role as the Human Resources Manager at Aras Logistics/Fillo Cargo, a group company under Aras Holding. During this period, she actively participated in projects such as the establishment of SAP HR systems and the implementation of the Individual Performance Management System within the company.
In early 2012, Çeven joined Arche Consulting as a Project Implementation Consultant, primarily focusing on recruitment and Assessment Center projects. In 2012, she successfully completed the Human Resources and Management Expertise program at Yıldız Technical University, earning a specialization certificate. In 2019, she obtained certification in Professional Cognitive Coaching and NLP Coaching from Nişantaşı University, accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC). From 2013 to 2019, she served as the HR Project Manager at DD Change Dynamics Management Center, overseeing leadership roles in HR projects, recruitment, and training. Since 2020, she has been serving as a senior assessor in Assessment Center applications at Arche Consulting, while also independently offering NLP coaching, career coaching and executive coaching.
Kaya began her professional career at Yıldız Holding in 2007, where she continued to serve as Human Resources and Quality Manager until 2014. She held the position of Human Resources Manager at Karya Tekstil from 2016 to 2019, at Bahaş Holding from 2019 to 2021, and at VSP A.Ş. until July 2024. Throughout her career, Kaya has been responsible for all areas of human resources and administrative affairs. She has been providing support as a Project-Based Consultant at Arche Human Resources since the second half of 2024. She predominantly works as a Consultant and Team Leader in Assessment Center Applications and Process Structuring in Human Resources Projects.
In addition to her studies in Economics and Labor Economics, Kaya has completed a Human Resources Management program, furthering her career in HR structuring projects with a unique perspective. She has also received training in Assessment Center/Assessor roles, actively participating in design, operations, and implementations. Furthermore, she holds ICF-accredited certifications in Professional Coaching, Executive Coaching, and Team Coaching.
Dinemis Güngör began her career in 2002 in the Customer Service Department of Yurtiçi Kargo A.Ş. She then continued her career in the Human Resources field. Güngör has held active roles in Selection and Placement, Career Management, Performance Evaluation, and Development Center Applications.
She has served as a responsible manager for all Human Resources processes at Pozitif Grup and D- Smart. Since 2017, she has worked as a project-based consultant in Selection Placement and Career Development, Assessment Center Programs for different sectors such as pharmaceuticals, retail, and services. She completed the Human Resources associate degree programs of ODTÜ and Istanbul University, which she believed would contribute to her expertise.
Sanem Çelikel is a Senior Consultant at Arche Human Resources with experience in the pharmaceutical industry and talent management projects. She began her career in 2000 as a Sales Consultant at Roche Turkey and has held various positions in the same company until 2014. She has also been a Senior Consultant and Trainer in HR projects and assessment center applications since 2015. She has personal initiatives in different sectors and has developed coaching, mentoring, and situational leadership programs.
Çiğdem Çetin is a clinical psychologist with a master's degree in psychology. She has worked as a clinical psychologist in various institutions between 2014-2018. She has combined her experience in psychology with human resources and has been working as a psychologist consultant in Arche Human Resources Projects since then. She has been involved in the organization and application of General Aptitude Tests and has worked as an observer/consultant in Assessment Center Applications since the beginning of 2020. She has started her new position in Omsan Logistics Human Resources in 2022 and continues to provide knowledge support to the Arche team as a psychologist expert on personality inventory tests.
Ms. Başaran began her professional career in the tourism sector in 2021 and served as the Human Resources Manager at The Ritz Carlton Istanbul until 2023. She then continued her career in the healthcare sector, still in the field of human resources, and since September 2024, she has been working as a Specialist/Consultant at Arche Human Resources.
A graduate of Business Administration in English, Başaran also completed programs in "Human Resources Management" and "Digital HR Management" alongside her undergraduate studies. She has gained practical experience in areas such as recruitment, personality inventories, and talent assessments. At Arche Human Resources, she continues to work as a specialist/consultant, focusing primarily on competency tests, the implementation and monitoring of digital HR structuring, and operational processes.
Şebnem Kabadayı, who has began her career in the tourism sector in 1996, worked in various managerial positions in the Information Technologies Departments at Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik Company from 1999 to 2015. Having most recently worked as the Director of Software Quality and Assurance of the Information Technologies Departments, Kabadayı later pursued a career as a freelance software developer in Izmir. Between 2017 and 2019, she continued her education in "Digital Humanities and Digital Knowledge" at the University of Bologna (Italy) and upon returning to Turkey, worked in various software and web design projects. Ms. Kabadayı also engages in project-based consultancy and serves as the Director of Information Technologies at Arche Consultancy, alongside her individual software projects.
He is the youngest member of the Arche team and currently working as an intern. He is an expert in laziness and chasing flying objects. He can sleep for 12 hours a day and spends his other time attending meetings or looking at open screens.
He loves Felix brand cat food and never says no to it. He is great at communicating with guests and is an expert in active listening and sleeping deeply during meetings. He has been part of the team since July 2022.
Our team member who was born and lives in the office, is fluent in cat language and can respond to calls in Turkish and English.
